Our Strength & Conditioning group classes combine daily strength & skill training with a fun and effective metcon-style workout.

XP360 is a community of like-minded individuals who want to experience fun, exciting exercises that challenge them to take their fitness to new levels.

Our Strength & Conditioning workouts focus on building a strong base and providing daily exposure to strength training. In our Strength & Conditioning classes you will learn how to squat, press, pull, and clean through daily strength progressions. You will also gain exposure to common bodyweight, gymnastics, cardio training such as rowing, biking, and running.

Whether you are looking for a complete fitness program, or something to add to your current fitness routine, we can’t wait to show you that our Strength & Conditioning programming will give you unparalleled results.
