FAQs

+ Is there an app to sign up for class?

Yes! Find us and make us one of your favorite gyms on the MindBody app. You can download the MindBody app by clicking here. Pro tip: If you can't find us, try extending the search radius!

+ Do you have showers?

No, unfortunately our facility does not have showers.

+ What should I bring to a Strength & Conditioning class?

We recommend bringing at least a bottle of water and a towel. If you prefer lifting weights wearing gloves or have other accessories you might need to help prevent injury (knee sleeves/braces, wrist wraps, weightlifting belts, etc), we encourage you to bring those as well.

+ What should I bring to a Boxing & Conditioning class?

You're going to need a pair of 180" hand wraps to protect your knuckles and wrists inside your gloves. If you don't have a pair, we have them available for sale. We also recommend bringing a bottle of water and a towel because your workout is going to be a hot one!

+ Do you provide childcare or are you child friendly?

We don't provide any sort of childcare at our facility. If your child is old enough to occupy themselves, they are welcome to sit in our office/waiting area while you train.

+ I'm new to working out, can I still take your classes?

Yes, absolutely! We realize that our classes/workouts may seem intiminating if you are new to working out, but rest assured, we have modifications for all of our exercises based upon your needs/fitness level.

+ I want to cancel my membership, what's the process here?

We're sorry to see you go! If you are on one of our 6 or 12 month contracts, you will need to contact us about terminating your contract. If you are breaking contract in the middle of your membership term, you will be responsible for paying 50% of the remaining months' fees per your membership agreement.

+ Do you offer personal training?

We do! If you're interested in learning more about personal/private training with us, please contact us so that we can tell you more!

+ Can I take a Boxing class if I've never done it before?

Unfortunately, our Boxing Conditioning class is currently geared towards attendees who have some knowledge of Boxing or a similar combat sport (ex. Muay Thai, Karate, Judo)... basically, we're looking for you to know your Boxing (fighting) stance and how to throw your basic punches (Jab, Cross, Hooks).

We try to hold a Boxing Basics Workshop at least once a quarter to teach beginners from scratch, and are looking into ways we can teach more beginners more often throughout the year. Subscribe to our newsletter to stay up to date on what we've got planned!
